Yolanda Waggoner Foreman is Director of Manager Research for Gray & Company, an investment consulting firm.  She is Community Renewal Society’s Treasurer and chairs the Budget and Finance Committee. Yolanda previously worked for United Investment Managers and The Kenwood Group.
